Meet Fie
Licensed Professional Counselor &
Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am passionate about helping you develop and strengthen your relationship with yourself, your body, and others. In our sessions we will work together to identify realistic changes that you can make to get closer to living a life free of whatever challenges may be holding you back. My goal is to help you feel comfortable to explore the aspects of your life that brought you to therapy in the first place and to do so in a nurturing and non-judgmental way. I believe that a therapeutic relationship built on trust is the key to successful therapy and I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey!

I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University, and I’ve worked with clients struggling with a range of challenges including eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and substance use. I have worked as a mobile therapist seeing clients in their homes, as well as in private practice with children, adolescents, and adults. I have spent the majority of my career working in a non-profit treatment facility with adults struggling with mental health and/or substance use, and I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
As a counselor I have always strived to be strengths based and person-centered, with my primary focus being on each individual client and their needs. I have developed an integrative approach to therapy in which I pull from various counseling methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I believe that having an integrative approach allows me to tailor my treatment to each individual person, ensuring that our work will be the best fit for you and your needs. I am confident that you already have the tools you need to make positive changes in your life, and I look forward to helping you gain the insight you need to put them to use!
